MOULD RELEASES

Universal Mould Release

UMR is formulated especially for mould making and casting, and works well with most liquid rubber and plastic products. UMR easily releases a variety of casting materials, i.e. epoxies, liquid plastics, etc from polyurethane rubber moulds. If using silicone rubber do not use UMR.

This water based concentrate release agent has been developed as an economical casting aid for releasing concrete from a variety of form surfaces, i.e. polyurethane rubbers, wood, steel, fiberglass, aluminium, plastic. It will not stain, damage or soften concrete surfaces and is environmentally compliant.

MANN RELEASES - Ease Release 200

ER200 is an excellent general-purpose release agent for making mould and casting parts. This product will release polyurethane elastomers, epoxy resin, polyester resins, RTV silicones, rubber, and thermoplastic polymers. ER200 is effective on aluminium, chrome, RTV silicone, epoxy resin, rubber, and steel moulds.

MANN RELEASES - Ease Release 2831

ER2831 is a waxed-based non-silicone release agent. It has proven to be effective when used to release polyurethane foam elastomers. It is designed to operate at mould temperatures ranging from 70ºC to 95ºC with minimal wax build up. It will work on aluminium, steel, and elastomeric mould construction.

MANN RELEASES - Ease Release 800

ER800 provides excellent release for making RTV silicone moulds. It is effective on all plastic, metal, and silicone surfaces, adding lubricity when making complex moulds.

Super Seal

Super Seal was developed as an economical, fast drying sealing agent for a variety of surfaces including modeling clays, gypsum plasters, concrete and wood.
