UV Cure Adhesive
In need of a flexible glue you can cure on demand? Permabond UV Cure Adhesives are the answer. They allow you to work at your own pace as they won’t cure until exposed to UV.
All Permabond Adhesives have been developed for tough applications that other adhesives can’t do. And we’re the Australian distributor for Permabond Adhesives.
Permabond UV cure adhesives are single part, fast curing, UV curable adhesive.
They're great for bonding glass to glass or glass to metal. They work to form high strength chemical bonds between both components. Providing a high strength alternative to other joining methods.
Why Choose UV Cure Glue?
These ultraviolet adhesives do not dissolve, melt or weaken the components. And are suited to applications where substrates with different thermal expansions need to be bonded.
Permabond UV curable adhesives also bond a wide variety of plastics. Some clear plastics contain UV stabilizers that block the transmission of UV light. But Permabond has formulated plastic bonding adhesives with UV and visible light curing capabilities to allow these plastics to be bonded.
UV light curing adhesives are non-yellowing which makes them perfect for bonding glass, acrylics and polycarbonate.
Permabond UV cure adhesives are ideal for manual assembly processes. As they will not cure until exposed to ultraviolet light. Allowing you to make adjustments to alignment before bonding.
- Cure on demand - allows proper alignment of components before bonding.
- Speed - increase production by simply adding more lamps to the line
