Delivery & Refund Information
- Orders placed by 1.30pm (Adelaide Time) will be sent the same day.
- Orders received after 1.30pm (Adelaide Time) will be sent the next business day. These conditions apply only if the products are in stock.
- For items not in stock, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day with information on when your order will be available
- Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order is booked in for collection
- Estimated Delivery Time Frames
- Metro areas – orders under 3kg in most cases is next day delivery.
- Metro areas – over 3 kg 2-3 days depending on location
- Regional Areas – 3 to 7 days depending on location.

- Any orders with items classed as Dangerous, must travel by road and can be subject to a 1 to 3 day delay on the delivery times mentioned above

You can get an estimate for shipping charges on your order by going into the shopping cart and entering in your postcode.
Discounted Shipping available until 1st October 2021. After this date, shipping will revert back to standard charges.
- Free shipping for orders over $200 for Australian orders
- 50% discount for orders over $200 for New Zealand orders
We are also happy to quote your freight by phone or email once we have received your order details.
Authority To Leave
By ticking the Authority to Leave box at checkout, you are giving our selected transport company permission to leave your order in a safe location at your premises without obtaining a signature for receipt of the goods. Please note, the responsibility of these goods become solely yours once they are despatched from the Rowe Trading Warehouse.
Rowe Trading is happy to accept returns if:
- The product has not been opened, is in its original packaging and in good condition
- Request for return is made within 7 business days from receipt of the goods.
- Return is pre-approved by Rowe Trading prior to the item being returned
- Shipping charges for the returned item(s) at are your expense
- Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Sale Items unfortunately cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded
- Approved refunds will be issued and applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days of the goods arriving back into our warehouse
Defective or Damaged Items:
We will replace any damaged or defective items as soon as possible. Please contact us via phone 08 8234 0000 or email email@example.com with the details. It will be helpful if you are able to provide Order Number/Invoice Number; Product Name; Lot or Batch Number and photos where possible when contacting us.
